Speak Up for Kids: Register Today!

Registration is now open for Speak Up for Kids Day at the Capitol (www.bit.ly/speakupco) scheduled for 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursday, March 13, 2014 at the Denver Art Museum and the Colorado State Capitol. Join child advocates, including parents, service providers and others to understand the latest public policy issues impacting child well-being, acquire new advocacy skills and talk to lawmakers to ensure Colorado’s youngest children are at the forefront of their minds as they draft, debate and vote on policy. This free event includes training on how to be an effective advocate as well as breakfast and lunch. Colorado Children’s Campaign has teamed up with Children’s Hospital Colorado, Clayton Early Learning and Executives Partnering to Invest in Children (EPIC) to make the third annual Speak Up for Kids Day at the Capitol.
