Mark your calendars! The Colorado Children’s Campaign and our partners will hold two advocacy days at the Colorado State Capitol in 2013.
Early Childhood Advocacy Day will be held Thursday, Feb. 28 in partnership with Clayton Early Learning. This event is new this year. Early childhood advocates will explore the latest issues in early childhood policy making, learn new advocacy skills and reach out to lawmakers to ensure Colorado’s youngest children are at the forefront of their minds as they craft policy impacting the lives of children and families.
Speak Up For Kids’ Health at the Capitol will be held Tuesday, April 23 in partnership with Children’s Hospital Colorado. Join us to learn more about the legislative process and current issues facing Colorado kids. Your voice matters because decisions about your child’s health are too important to be left solely to others. Help us encourage state legislators to act on issues that matter most to you and your family.
